Thank you for shopping with Wall Decor Delights! We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. These terms are applicable to orders shipped within the United States and Canada. Please find our Return and Exchange Policy below.
Cancellation:
You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours after it was placed. Please contact us to request cancellation!
Measure Carefully & FREE Mockups:
We kindly ask you to measure carefully before making a purchase, as the most common reason for returns is due to sizing issues. If you are unsure how the artwork will look on your wall, please contact us with a photo of your wall. We will be happy to create a FREE mockup by placing the canvas of your choice on your wall in various sizes and frames.
Damaged Items:
You do NOT need to return damaged items! We take full responsibility for damages and you will be provided with replacement for FREE. Please contact us with at least 4 photos: 1) A wider angle of the canvas, 2) a photo of the damage close up, 3) a photo of the box, especially if there's a damage on the box, 4) Full view of the box the item has arrived in including the label
Your replacement process will start as soon as we receive the photos!
Lost Items:
If the tracking shows the item is delivered but you don't see it, we kindly ask you to check around your house, backyard, garage, and ask your family members. If it's not found, please open a file with Fedex (UPS). If the item is not found within two days, please contact us with the information and we will start the replacement process for FREE.
Returns:
- Eligibility: We accept returns of canvases if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason.
- Reason: Depending on the reason for your wish to return, we can offer you a one-time replacement and you get to keep both canvases. a) If the item does not match your decor, we will offer you a one-time replacement at half price off of another canvas of the similar size. b) If you would like to upgrade to a bigger size, we will offer you a one-time refund of 50% for the smaller canvas. c) If you would like to get a smaller canvas, we will offer you a one-time 50% off for it.
- Time Frame: You must contact us and send the item back within 30 days of delivery.
- Cost: The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
- Refund: You will receive a full refund through the same method you used for payment within 24 hours after you provide us a tracking number.
- Address: We will donate returned items to Goodwill or a similar charitable organization. This process helps us contribute to the community while managing returns sustainably. We will provide you with a return address via email. Please contact us to initiate a return.
